omg, omg
no bunnyhop what so ever, you jump once then end up going real slow, i mean, i cudn't speedskate anyway but wtfffff!!
cant fire an orb and just catch it, it sort of half does it, then the orb just flys off in a random direction wtffffff
you can still do fast orb!?!?!?!? wtfff, im sure that wasn't meant to b part of the game in the first place but they keep that!!! Id rather see that gone than bunny hop.
this game is gonna be void of its regular players in a month unless you can do server side changes to get rid of this shite... _________________

Bhop is still here. Just strafing is nearly impossible now meaning speedskating is gone. I can still bhop with 450 vel.
The famous tunnel bug on lockdown "speed crouching" is gone now.
As far as I have experienced the shotgun changed in dmg.
Fast orb is still able and I can also catch it when I shoot it.

For "Source mod" there is a pluggin called "source hooks" that lets you override things. Maybe the guys there will make a fix using that server pluggin.

Another Glitch i've seen is when walls dont take damage , thay are like a player_only wall, i killed a couple of peeps through the floor on lockdown ...
Alto I could bhop , but it's choppy and you cant do it continuasly, when you decide to turn , and press sPRINT+a\d + w the engine just stops you.... WHAT THE HELL ? ...
Sad days come to us... I hope thay will patch the game like thay do it with CSS. Every week thay patch things on the engine.
Fast Orbs can be shot , BUT ,me personaly, cant see them! It's like catching a mosquito in a dark room with your hands ... seriously. The update is sucky.
Im hoping dev's will fix this soon.
Also , there is a lot of lag in the game caused by the engine. It can not sync players fast as it was with the good ol' hl2dm Engine ;( This cause deaths and crapshots... Crossbow is jsut imposible to shoot with...
Anyway , this is my first game on a new engine .
I think they will start to update it more frequently now. Unfortunately, they didn't do this as a BETA like they did the CS:S update. That would have helped
If anybody sees OSI, tell him I'm working on an update to my plugin for the OB engine. Unfortunately we've had a death in the family, and I won't be able to get it going for a couple of days.
I think the best was to describe my last nights games was it was like going back 3 years and playing on a slow internet connection. Anybody who plays high ping servers on a regular basis will have less problem adapting to the movement delays. It looks to be a matter of adjusting your timing to maximise what is left of hopping and jumps.
It appears that some of the bugs that were fixed are now unfixed.
Bit like a flaky server wich you expect to crash any second but it don't happen and that might be a +. [TSF] Rav got our serves up and going fairly quickly and its the first time I have ever seen one of our servers full at 1.30am That was interesting only 2 players with a ping of less than 100. _________________

big man crying about broken game hahaha, even tho there is this AG2 and Hl2:orange box which works fine. guess this community will never change. they can go and play hl2dm on those 2 mods, but they prefer to moan

Gta doesnt recommend it becausehe cant playit properly and he is to lazy to learn it XD thats my guess it's pretty much HL2DM on OB but fixed tweaked and weapon balanced. For example Shotty is not Overpowered , rpg does not kill you if your in the blast rradius and so on! it's pretty good and the HitReg is better than in hl2dm I would recommend , but it's up to you.

For me and many people Half-life 2 Deathmatch R.I.P 2004-2010.A 2 week ago i thinking, why hl2dm only? Maybe play in many games?And 1 day ago i see Valve chaos.And think why i play in games where rules change and consequently i am under an obligation to change the tactic and anew gain experience.I searched my old game and playing on internet with player which last 8 (!) years never saw crash\new rules\steam on my old game.And do i think why we must play there where a proprietor by the game changes rules in order only to get an income?
After a few hours of play I have come to the conclusion that the game is not broken or fundamentally different.
Its like puting a different engine in a car ~ you do it to improve performance but the are penaltys to pay.... it will never be the handle exacly the same as the original. In time you make the necessary adjustment and are able to drive it just as well. _________________

when the door opens the area portal disables and the glitch gone till some closes the door again.
