Well please can you review this, as although i have used a swear word a couple of times, it is still within the quota, so please can you review this?

This is the 7 days history since today, which doesn't include the previous deleted days which were taken into consideration prior today.
Current chat history are completly unacurrate since days are deleted (obviously with such a chat history you wouldn't have been muted of course), there has been a lot more of the noob word used prior to your mute which now doesn't appear anymore in your chat history due to the incremental history deletion, but those words were present at the calculation.
Our internal record (fully recorded chat history at the mute including deleted days), does show that this mute is not a false positiv and that the quota has been reached.

what is the noob quota? i havent even been playing that much? some1 has probably hacked my account
