is it turned off? on server I when i leave the server through disconnect or crash, the score on that round is lost and I starts at 0 again. on other tsgk servers it seems to work normally.

Score saver is off at TSGK Server I since almost a month.
We wanted to see if the server was more stable like that, so now we have reactivated it and will compare the result.

i think general crashing and stuff is just caused by the game, say for instance i can easily play 3-4 games playing on server I, however play on KC 1 i get 1 to 2 games crashing, definately notice on certain maps/ servers I crash more than normal.....

This is client crash you are talking about and it is definitly the game, as clients keep crashing on a vanilla server (server without any plugin modification).
Our issue was the server crashing (everyone lost the connection and the server is back on dm_lockdown), which is different, mainly caused by corrupted files, plugin, memory trashed, we will see if activating scoresaver will affect the stability of the server.
