They are going to come out with another Valve Mega-Pack thing soon which will include L4D (which I thought was meh, I'm not buying it.)

you know what? fuck realism. Zombies can't happen naturaly
I think the game is a complete success, i'm 100% happy with it.

just bought it retail btw, my dvd player fucked up so i gotta get a new one. and no i'm not going to wait 1 hour to download GBytes when i can install it from CDAZ"!34

If it were about realism I'd be pissed off about the mere existence of zombies, much less fast ones.

No I'm pissed off at the prevalence of the fast zombie that originated in 2004 because some ass hat had to remake an awesome, but campy, zombie flick from back in the day because he couldn't come up with an original zombie movie on his own...or at least not one good enough for the studios to buy without him branding it as a remake. Fast zombies are fine, but when you call it dawn of the dead and destroy the zombie archtype in the process (as we see with the 28 <some period of time later> movies and left4dead....)

Sorry I'd rather take Dead Rising, that, while a blatant rip off of Dawn of the Dead, honored the zombie heritage and tradition.

Zombies are supposed to overwhelm by sheer number, toughness, and love for brains. If the fast ones weren't the norm in l4d, things would be different, but they are...and that is not cool.

With L4D I'm pissed off that getting pwned by a zombie and being barely alive doesn't turn you into a zombie as it has in every instance of zombie-dom that has existed in film. I'm pissed at how easily zombies die with medium-to-long range shots with a shotgun. And I'm pissed off that the fat zombie happens to always be the slowest. Take a stoned skinny dude and a stoned fat dude (my closest possible equivalents to zombie-kind.....and PCP as the used to simulate zombies doesn't count because it makes people angry instead of hungry) and see who reaches that last slice of pizza the fastest.... I'm assuming that the zombies' main motivation is hunger on account of their cries of "BRAINS!!!!" rather than their cries of "F*** you, you breather pieces of excrement!"


And Breen, Finn is amused at your lack of ability to spell correctly. Naturally has two lls. If you use Firefox and don't have your head up your ass you should realize that when that magical read line pops under something it may be wise to check your spelling, lest some random dude bash you for it on the Internet.

HAHHAHAHAHHAHA!!!!! AA is a faith-based treatment program (i.e. you have to find God to be treated...according to the AA folk) and I'm a hard-core agnostic....which is to say...not gonna happen. It's also very ineffective. The success-rate of AA is <10%. Which is to say...court-ordered AA visits are ****ing hilarious and a waste. Your chance of getting past alcoholism is as good, if not better, if your friends and family are involved directly in your treatment, rather than the random drunks at AA.

It's not worth much, but if you wish to read my drunken word I'll send you a copy of my undergraduate thesis. The ideas were formulated sober and perfected (and written) under the influence of bourbon and coke (the soda, not the drug)).
