Subject description: Unconnected - STEAM_0:0:8764180		  
Individual listed as having no name but in the end showing up as 'unconnected'. Was spamming some very vulgar and violent sounds and could not be muted because he was no listed as being connected. He bragged of using proxys so you may wish to follow all IPs this individual is connected to. Thanks for looking into this!

I think I ran into this guy on our servers a week or so ago. Named unconnected, mic spam, and when he was in Spec mode he had no name. I didn't get his steamID at the time though Embarassed . When I checked the chat log for the server we were on, nothing he had typed showed up. I'll keep a look out for him.

Hmm. I will get info on that, but first time i'm aware of such an exploit.
Sopper do you remember on which TSGK server this player was?

Hi looked into this problem .

He is using Half Life DJ Griefing Pack and is putting setinfo name "" in console so he goes undetected in stats .

I think he should just be banned.


ps: the DJ Griefing Pack is 1.5 gig so you have to be really sad to download it just to piss people off Rolling Eyes

I have seen some hackers in CS:S source that Mic Spam at the same time, however they are not listed in the Player List, so you cannot mute them, dunno if this is the same sort of Hack.

that sounds very similar to the problem that was experienced with this player.
