HL2 Speed Run Subject description: Damn this guy ia fast.
Well, bored outta ma head waiting for TF2 to download, I thought I'd have alook at who can do HL2 Single player mode fastest, this is the 2nd part of it, and damn, this guy can flyyyyyyyyy

I read that the bhops are scripted. if you download the official video you also get a text file with all the tricks they used and how to do them. its also not 1 person doing it but several and in the end they pasted all the best ones together. but still this is one of the greatest speed runs ever.

thats true, actually it was a macro, which is the same thing just with a keyboard software. they say so themselves:
