Aimbotter on server IX Subject description: @_@ |
|
Found another one thanks to Perrin for notifying me,
This is one of the most advanced aimbots I have ever seen on this game they tried really hard to make it seem legit, but not hard enough eventually it let loose.
Seems like all that effort could be focused on actually getting good but they obviously get thier kicks from this.

I have been thinking, what if there was an aimbot that didn´t take over the aiming for, but the shooting? so you flick your mouse over the enemys head and body and the bot automatically shoots when you would hit. that would be hard to detect.

great idea lawitz, a aimbot that would shoot automaticaly when you see the name of the player (the thing that shows other players info)
btw jimmy! don't use aimbotter! it sounds so gay, next time say this:
"assisted automatic and robotic aim hack" detected

I met an aimbotter the other day lol. pissed me off. I was pwning him in TDM and then all of a sudden he was like "oh yea???" after I got him like 10 times in a row, and then it was like, HEADSHOTHEADSHOTHEADSHOTHEADSHOT and i was like, omghax.
Although, there have been a few people who think that just to be in tsgk means you have admin rights, and they're always like noooooo dont ban meeee when I catch them camping? im always like wut? then i mess with them xD I should do that, be like, betch, I'm gon' ban joo!

Normally going into spec mode and typing the message "what has happened to all the head shots?" is more than enough to not only make it stop but also make the player(s) responsible disconnect. This is even more effective if there is somebody else who is not happy and they join you in spec mode.

Don't forget, when cycling through players to spectate if you can't watch the person you want to (it happens for some reason) press the shift key, that will bring up a menu of camera options so you can choose individual players, when finished just press shift again to close the camera menu.
Many times I have gone into spec mode to observe a suspected cheater, just to have them turn it off as soon as I get ready, now I usually pop in the game with a different name (unnamed usually) then spectate.
Remember when you get ready to record a demo of a suspected cheater to type "status" into the console to bring up a list of player names and ID's in the server that you can copy and paste to anything.

Another tip - I have quick links to the players stats on all the servers I play on a regular basis. Without even going in to spec mode I can launch the stats from my desktop and check out any player within about ten seconds.
I do like to know who I am playing against.
Its not rocket science - a player with a two thousand points and a kpd of say 0.3 who is suddenly massacring everybody is a prime candidate. If you get one of the names that can not be typed from the keyboard, this can be traced either by the players points or by clicking on the hyroglyps in the killed/killed by section of your own stats. Takes a little longer.
Personally, it does not phase me any more, I just sit in spec mode or disconnect. I have to many demos of botters who just stop when you go into spec mode.

after you get their player id (on kc 1 you can copy it from console from the join and leave text, on tsgk servers you can get them with typing status like ghostdog said)
go to stats page and paste it in the player search bar, in the next window choose search by player unique ids. This is much easyer and 100% exact.

Something that has happened to me a lot lately is some guy accuses me of cheating and during the entire game every time I frag that person they call me cheat, and yet not once do they go in spectate mode to even look at me for 1 second, when I stress that fact to them, that they obviously just claim cheater if things don't work out for them, the only response I have got from saying that is "I already know you cheat (OBVIOUSLY no you don't idiot.)" or "Stupid lame scripter... LAWLS"
I would tell them that no I don't use scripts and never have in my entire life (I am a gamer, a damn good one, script accusations are a slap in my face for all the hours of practice I have endured.) and I can teach them how to move like me, but it would fall on deaf ears so I don't bother anymore, the people that count know I don't script jump and that's what matters most to me.
