Hi, ok the problem is at the last update, so i turn on the steam and then it goes updating after some time i realize that its stuck at 36% or something like that, oh well since its not responding in i turn it off and start again , and now it stops again  ok i dont turn it off just leave it and after some time it just disapears and everytime update starts from 0%. ANd now i see no way tu turn on the steam  can somebody help plz?

Just reboot your computer and it will be all fine.

This is serious. HL2DM without Mr Jingles is like Apple tart without custard.
Don't know why you can't connect but you can use alternatives to Steam to connect to servers:
Gamespy Arcade
serverspy.net's GameLauncher
Haven't used them myself. Hope this helps.

damn  restart didnt work again  eh i havent heard of those alternatives but will look for something like that ,thx for all 
Edit:omg ! omg!!111 it actually is at 42 % now maybe ill get the update 
Edit2:omg at 30 % again and not responding again

heh now i have same problem like Jingles had, but i re-instaled STEAM and it do not seem to will get updated, cuz % freeze and starts again from 0 %, this is almost 3rd day without HL2DM hehe
