Well I thought I had posted a response several days ago to H2o's dribble but it's not here. Rather than repeat it I'll wrap this up from my end.
Osiris you did respond and you did spend time on this case, as you call it. But in my opinion your responses aren't satisfactory. No biggie. It is what it is. My only beef is that every single person that has reponded to this has made the erroneous assumption that all swear words must be used in a derogatory way. Anyone who is using a word that exists on your "behind the scenes" mystery list multiple times, MUST be blasting someone. They couldn't possibly be socializing with friends, telling jokes, or explaining why the word noob is rude. They can't possibly be one of those people that come from the streets and simply insert the F word into all their sentences simply out of habit and are actually friendly people. No, they MUST be bad people and they MUST be permanently muted. This logic is flawed and if you're going to insist on using a bot instead of human judgement then these people should at least be informed of the rules through a warning or a temporary muting. These are the types of people that would clean up their act if they only knew it was a rule. After that, make it permanent. You accomplish the same thing and it's MUCH fairer. No other server has such rules so, contrary to what a few have posted here, the existence of such a rule isn't a good assumption to make when joining the server. As for my friends? Well it turns out they probably got muted during a weekend long LAN party playing HL2 and slamming each other to the amusement of the other players. Not an everyday event but oh well. They'll pay for it forever I guess.
And another thing that keeps getting mentioned is the small number of people muted. Just because it only catches 1% of all players is just not a good argument for it's fairness given the reasons stated above. That's all I want to say. No response is needed. I've been around the block enough to know when someone isn't budging from their initial decision despite all the evidence pointing otherwise. Have fun and good luck.
And H20, unless you're taking donations for the right to have a say in the rules then your "the servers are free" statement is not a good justification for treating your players with disrespect.

You're right. In everything you say.
100%.
We're wrong. Totally. Sorry.
And we're also sorry for not correcting ourselves even though we're wrong.
This injustice is right up there with pigeon crap on your shoulders.

Thanks for your comprehension, have a good continuation.

It doesn't matter in which context a swear word is used, its still a swear word.
We have very young players who enjoy our servers and we wish this to continue, along side the rest of us who do not wish to hear it. If you want to swear, use steam chat or keep the street talk for the street.
As to warning poeple about this, the message for TSGK.com comes up every minute i think. Every clan has some rules regarding there servers, they don't print them on the wall of the maps do they
As to the part about a warning period, this is upto the the TSGK management, so i can't comment on this.
Enjoy your games

10/10 for the wind up merchant.
Good effort, but still a waste of time.

hahaha don't we all ;p
On topic: Those who swear and get muted should not ask to be unmuted as it's their own fault anyway.
As for WhiteNoise, what context could you be using the word 'n**b' in that required you to say it so much that you were banned? A little illogical, no?
So maybe think before you speak. It helps get the brain exercised too. Bullies like you, who swear and don't give new people a chance are pathetic. So just don't do it. Simple as.
ALSO if you were THAT interested in TSGK servers, you should have signed up on the forums long ago and that way you would know what was going on, what to do and what not to do.
Concluding: It's your own fault.
