Check this out!! This was near the center of Lllubjana in Slovenia.

Its closed down now but that has to be the coolest graffiti/painting ever.

Open Paint. Click image. Click stretch / skew. Reduce stretch to 50% + on both vertical /horizontal.

Even I know this and I am incompetant if not technically retarded. Laughing

I recommend Irfanview, its a great tool for such small editing like cutting, making it smaller, reducing the quality, etc.
its a must have tool in my eyes. in paint you cant even choose the quality, it chooses a very bad quality for jpeg.

alternatively without any edit now you could just right click and choose show image. (works in firefox, IE7 didnīt respond)

i think if you got microsoft office (and almost everyone has it) you probably also have something like "microsoft office picture manager".
It has probably the same functions as irfanview, but i always use it for resizing or cutting the images without any loss of quality.
