I had a word with phat-bacon as he couldn't get hold of you sam.
He reckons the main rule should be Knife and sniperborg have piroty on the server. All requests for server time should be done through me. As phat is now a girl, he/she will answer to ghostdog and not the other way round Laughing

well..... everyhting is running smoothly on my new computer. steam games are installing (at least a day to finish due to hopeless steam) but i will test to see if i need better connection or not when there done, if it works everything should be good.

hi all. i am very sorry about my multiple recent "disapearenses". my father has taken the computer back in another hopeless attempt of repair. power supply is brand new so everything else is being checked. it has been brought to my attention that many if not all are becoming impatient about this possible new addition. i am terribly sorry for the confusion and delay. this computer problem could not have come at a worse time Crying or Very sad

. so as of now, until pc is back and running smoothly, samwidge is now the leader in this project, that is if you want to, otherwise it will be a week(s) before i am back and ready to deal with this. once again i m deeply sorry Crying or Very sad

As for the actual topic, I'll help train folks. My main strengths are grenades and physics, but I'm becoming a good shot with the magnum and can use the shotgun well. I can also move quite well. Just have some idea on what you want to work on if you choose me, else it could be a painful experience finding out what you need to work on Twisted Evil

Samwidge i think someone should contact Osiris and ask, in principle his thoughts on teaching setup. Some ideas are;
The teacher/student will require a locked server.
Teacher will agree to take on a student for 3 months
Teacher will contact the student to arange times so he/she is not pestered when they just want to play.
The student will agree that the teacher will decided when they are ready for a tryout and contact capt pikpik/osiris and not them.
The admin will make a seperate heading in the forum for students to apply, teachers wanting a student and general messages etc. Maybe organise 1v1 between students where teachers can watch and asses areas that need working on.

Please can anyone add there thoughts on these ideas and add any that they think appropriate.
Sam i'm happy to contact Osiris if you don't want to.

I don't think it would be necessary to lock an entire server for 1v1 teaching,There are plenty of empty servers and many of us have SRCDS to train in.

Don't worry Sniperborg,Samwidge will have no problem handling this in Phat Bacons leave.
