no Ati-tool is an unofficial tool and is not made by ATI.
btw. by overclocking your card you lost your warranty, they will most likely give you warranty if the set clocks are default when its broken and you want to use your warranty even though they could read out the maximum set values from the bios but thats too much work for them so they dont do that.

Hi guys here are the pics of my pc as promised............
Ps im thinking about buying a better cpu cooler ready for the upgrades im going to do but which cooler.....
I want to stay with air cooling but I want to buy the most efficient cooler i can get...I think its a choice between the one lord tooth paste has with the large 110 mm fan or one i saw on the overclockers site here is the link
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-001-TI
and the link to the one lord tooth paste has
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-026-ZA
please could you all take a look and give me some advice if you can tell me which one is the best or if you know one that is even better

M8 I think you should change your wallpaper before your cpu.

thats nothing diet.
Here is a photo of what we have been living with for the past 4 years , as its taken me this long to get the kitchen re built (literally) bendy dicks bedroom and a complete new roof from the window lintles, up ready to take a 20 x22 foot master bedroom 1 bathroom and a spare bedroom .
I think in about another 10 years I might just of finished it all ...
LOL just in time to start redecorating it all again.
By the way we had to put in a complete new suspended floot for the kitchen and i dug out 40 tones of earth under it to put in a store room ((BY hand))..
by the way thats alex in bens room not bendy lol
AND here is the roof which is finnished but only on the outside as there are no rooms inside yet.. I have got to finnish the flat of on the bottom level first and replace all the celings in all other rooms and fit a stair case b4 rooms go in...
WEll its a complete refurbishment realy but we have to live in it at the same time ...NOT EASY>>>
And if you r realyinterested in what i do between running my business and playing hl2dm I got pics of everything ive done to the house since we bought itand i can show you a pic of it with everything from the top of the scafolding up missing completely.....BUT ON A NEW POST ..JUST ASK

Yea man it was owned by an elderly couple and had had nothing done to it for at least 20 years. only a week or so after we moved in we found that the roof was about to colapse

Whatever cooling solution you choose, make sure you have room enough in your case for it!
I cut it really close with mine, I had no idea how huge the core 2 duo HSF had gotten.

such heavy coolers (thats almost 1kg) can be dangerous when transporting the pc, there are storys of people that left lan partys upon arrival when they found out the giant cooler had taken the whole socket down from the mainboard. so you should be careful. AMD allows a maximum of 450g, Intel 550g. (without mounting accesories). anything above that is your own risk.

I remember there being concern with the weight of the old Thermalright Socket A heatsinks when transporting your computer...and the things these days are twice as big and are much taller. As lawitz said, be careful if you are going to be transporting your computer at all with a giant hsf. You could probably rig up some kind of support system without much difficulty if you were really concerned about the weight. You may also have to remove your side fan if you get one of the taller coolers.
As for which cooler...the Tuniq Tower 120 is probably the best aircooler out these days (but it's huge). I'm not sure how it compares to the Titan TEC, but the performance difference probably won't be big enough to justify spending twice as much on the Titan. Some other good ones (supposedly, as I don't have experience with any of them): Scythe Ninja, Scythe Infinity, Thermaltake Big Typhoon, Zalman 9700 (the one Toothpaste is using).
With the beastly coolers you will want to check if there are any reported compatibility issues with your motherboard, as the capacitors on the motherboard may interfere with the heatsink.

A lot of PC builders refuse to ship HSFs that size as part of a build; same with really meaty PSUs.
As for my setup, 2 years old and not that hot when I got it:
AMD64 3000+ Socket 754
1GB 400Mhz Crucial DDR
Sapphire Radeon 9600xt, passive cooled.
Crap Logitech wireless KB & mouse.
Birthday present will be an Radeon AGP X1950XT; that'll take me up to HL2 ep2

thanks guys...
I DO SOMETIMES TRANSPORT MY PC BUT i WAS WARNED TO CARRY it on its side, so that the motherboard was face up.I had seen that that big box cooler was a heavy one and thought that it would need suport...
Also i havent checked yet to c if i got enough room in case but will b4 buying.
If that is all the weight that amd alow 4 though it might be best to go for the one toothpaste has . so i will do ibit of resarch now....
Thanks guys for the advice.

Unless one has the right combo of Motherboard/Proc/Ram/Cooling, Ocing can be more trouble than its worth. Crashes, forgetful registry settings, Burnt Windows installs and instability CAN happen.
Unless you can get a system stable to some large overclock, don't do it. 3 FPS is not worth the trouble.
And HL2 doesnt like OCing.
