So Ive just Recently started playing DM, and I generally only play on TSGK servers, And im Usually on the top4 after each match. Ive been playing HL2CTF for about a year and a half now. I have plenty of expiriance with hl2Dm style games. Im not in another DM clan. I havent reached the 5000 kill mark yet, but im on my way with a little over 1100 But i would say thats a decent amount since I have only been playing dm for what looks like 10 Hours total connection time. Ive played with Pureslut and a few others i dont remember right now. So lets take it to the servers and lets figure it out! Laughing

Hi Habitathxc and welcome to the forum Smile

For the tryout elegibility you should be a rank of private or higher and have a kpd ratio of at least 1.3. Also try to lower the use of the smg and use stunstick/crowbar more often too.

I had the chance to play a few games with this guy tonight (my name was stickin and boozin). Nice chap from what I saw. Very little SMG usage (if any), will stick fight, and moves well. He just needs to get used to deathmatch and the killbox.

! And if you can strafe jump (it looked like you could) the stunstick could be a very effective weapon for you, so long as you don't try to bash a dude with an AR2. Use it, love it, caress it (the stunstick that is)...this is getting kind of weird Shocked

I was trying to find my CTF stats for over all time i have played it, But no avail, Anywho my kpd in ctf is really low because in ctf im usually the offence because im quick and nimble. And in (american)foot ball what usually happens to the offence more than the defence? They get tackled, and in my case i get killed (more than defencive players). So ill do some more searching for my stats. Laughing

hmmmm i think kpd DOES mean something, but not something extremely important....
ur stats are improving but you need to stick more Very Happy

its at the bottom of your weapon usage

if you cant kill more than you can die than its a problem.

kpd is only nice for the traditional "Oooohh Looki here! my kpd is better than yours!!!"

i feel frustrated sometimes becouse when im in high populated zone, with rockets flying and gunshots being shot at me, i get really low fps and i cant catch a prop right, or i miss.. (Beacouse fps fucks up sensitivity, the more fps, the more sens it will appear to have.. and becouse it fluctuates, Whatever its spelt, i cat hit what the australians reffer as "A Bucket full of busted arseholes")

Ping has ALOT to do with it, i genrally hop on a server with a latency of less that 60, and my ping doesnt stray to far from 30, and if it goes higher i cant hit anything! As for the stun and crowbar, I have brought my crowbar up above my smg! I crowbar/stunstick set to mouse wheel click so when i drop a nade under someones foot and they dont die I whack them on the head a few times =D I havent had much time to play lately but im doin what i can! Very Happy

Kpd is not as important in teambased games.

Your KPD is really low, you definately need to work on that because it IS important. Also you need to start using your stunstick or crowbar more. I'd suggest stunstick cause crowbar is pretty lame. But I'm glad to see that you know how to grav/nade combo. That's very important. I think with a little more playtime you could do it. Good luck! Very Happy

Well it seems to me that my kpd rising was because i was playin noobs! When there were 2 or 3 tsgks on the server at once i couldnt get over 1.0 kpd =( so untill then, Ill keep trying to get it figgerd out. yes figgerd Laughing

Well, I guess I was having a bad day or something, Cause as of lately, My kpd is generally around 2.0... Say 70kills to 35 deaths per map, and my kpd is going up due to this, Now all i have to do is Work a lil Crowing in there! (since crowbars make me happier than stuns) Laughing

my usual score (playing the 20 minutes) in Overwatch and lockdown is usualy 30 to 9 (11 max) Very Happy

if i only have 5 more fps.. i only ask for 5 !!!
