I have spotted the problem.

edit cfg/keeper_sounds.cfg

find the cvar kp_joinserver_sound_file and make it blank
kp_joinserver_sound_file ""

There is apparently a problem with the join sound,...

What if you disable SourceMod or all the others plugin and only load Keeper Sounds?

So, i just did a test with the lastest SMM version 1.8.3 on a Linux box.

The plugin is now heavily tested, the final release should now be available in a couple of hours depending its stability.

So far all the streaks and events are working.
The stability is now tested...

The VDF file has to be modifed in order to be able to load mani admin plugin on a Linux server since the OB update.
VDF content should be like that:
