First there no indication about the compatibilty of mani-admin-plugin and garrys mod.
So just try this: Download mani-admin-plugin 1.1.0zk or 1.2n rc2.12. Unzip the files "as it" inside the gmo... |

dm_killhouse is not a new map.
Except the roof, it still an old generation of killbox with the same gameplay as the dm_killbox_BS_TSGK_v3 (for example), the corners on this map still problematic but ... |

So as you said, if a server is full and a TSGK is joining, then the last player that joined the server (by connection time) is kicked off. |
